A vital role supporting the branch in achieving lending growth objectives by helping customers through significant life milestones, such as buying a new home. Working closely with experienced Lending Managers to provide holistic client relationships and seamless financial solutions. Building relationships with community groups and partnerships to strengthen local brand awareness. Utilizing business development skills to generate new lending opportunities for the branch. About You We seek a motivated individual passionate about helping customers with lending needs, delivering an outstanding experience. Excellent relationship building skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in mortgage lending, business development, networking, and community involvement is highly valued. Key Responsibilities Support the branch in achieving lending growth objectives. Build relationships with strategic community groups and partnerships. Generate new lending opportunities for the branch. Collaborate with experienced Lending Managers.
