What you’ll do This role is responsible for the growth of our customer base, providing a superior customer service experience, guiding the customer from application to loan approval. You will also be responsible for support and provision of customer information to the Credit Assessment team, whilst providing superior customer service experience. Responsibilities include: Proactively contact prospective and existing customers to discuss their financial needs and offer tailored lending solutions. Conducting detailed and specialised needs assessments Effectively managing a customer pipeline Managing and maintaining CRM records Providing regular reports on activities, results and forecast Identifying opportunities for re-engagement What you’ll bring: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Outstanding Team player, a creative thinker with a bubbly personality Calm under pressure and a conceptual thinker that thrives on ownership Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Understanding of the finance or banking industry desired Authorized to work full-time What we’ll offer: Fast-growing business, disrupting traditional consumer finance.
