Lending Specialist - City of Brisbane - BOQ Specialist Group As a Lending Specialist at BOQ, you will play a vital role in supporting the branch achieve its lending growth objectives by helping new and existing customers through one of life's biggest milestones – buying a new home. Working closely with experienced Lending Managers, you will support the holistic client relationship through each milestone to help customers achieve their financial goals in a seamless and simplistic way. You will enjoy building relationships with strategic community groups and partnerships to strengthen local community brand and awareness. Utilizing your business development skills, you will engage with and generate new lending opportunities for the branch. About You We are looking for a successful and motivated individual with a passion for helping customers with their lending needs and who consistently delivers an outstanding experience for our customers. Your relationship building skills will be second to none, and your natural customer-centric approach to work will ensure you deliver appropriate lending solutions and build trust and confidence in your interactions. With previous experience in mortgage lending and a strong background in business development, networking, and community involvement, you will thrive in this role.
