Seeking an experienced Logistics Administrator to join the team provide administration support to the Regional Manager. Opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Logistics Administrator to provide high-level clerical and administrative support to the Concrete and Aggregates Logistics business. Reporting to the Aggregates Logistics Manager, this role is key in ensuring smooth team operations by coordinating communications, maintaining compliance, and applying strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Ensure workplace safety by complying with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation. Provide administrative support, including minute-taking for meetings and conference calls. Assist in the completion of annual safety, health, and environmental plans. Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislation and maintain accurate records. Prepare and analyse end-of-month reports, profit & loss statements, and KPI reports. Coordinate HR paperwork related to performance planning, training, and onboarding of new drivers. Manage timesheets, driver medicals, and training course arrangements. Maintain the National Fleet Register and oversee asset acquisition and divestment processes. Organize and facilitate transport meetings and handle various administrative tasks, including data entry. Ensure all purchase orders are accurately processed and invoices are received in a timely manner. Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience in logistics administration, office coordination, or a similar role. Strong understanding of safety, health, and environmental compliance. High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
