Key Responsibilities Processing of customer purchase orders and invoicing of clients in a timely manner. Processing of orders to factories and 3rd party suppliers, administration of payables to suppliers in collaboration with accounting services provider (this is 100% paperwork, scanning, and cabinet filing) . Management of inbound logistics with overseas freight forwarders. Stock management, preparing inventory report on a weekly basis. Checking of pricing & product descriptions for both receivables and payables, alerting management to discrepancies. Ensuring all paperwork is in hand for payment of supplier invoices. Working in collaboration with accounting services provider to ensure correct entry of system information and reporting data including month and year-end reporting. Finance & Administration Prepare Backorder report from SAP to Excel. Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate staff. Document filing, storage & clerical duties. Management and ordering of office & warehouse supplies, ensuring the office is tidy and organized. Assistance to the Managing Director when required. ADHOC job duties as requested by management from time to time. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Proven work experience as a Sales and/or Logistics administrator. Hands-on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. A team player with a high level of dedication. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus.
