53.2 Permanent Hours Per Fortnight Available $37.67 Per Hour + Salary Packaging About The Role Grampians Health Ballarat is seeking a Multidisciplinary Service Officer to support Cancer Services Multidisciplinary Meetings (MDMs). These meetings bring together healthcare professionals to discuss and plan cancer treatment pathways. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate documentation, IT support, and smooth coordination of meetings. Key Responsibilities Document treatment discussions and recommendations for cancer patients. Provide IT and administrative support to ensure efficient meeting operations. Coordinate calendar invites, reports, and communications with clinicians. Ensure high-quality data entry and database maintenance. Assist in training clinicians and staff on MDM software and processes. Attend MDMs and document patient discussions accurately. Manage IT setup, meeting coordination, and post-meeting documentation. Maintain databases and ensure accurate data entry. Train healthcare staff on MDM software and administrative processes. Provide reports and assist in quality assurance initiatives. Support the development and improvement of MDM software and workflows. Skills & Experience Certificate III or IV in Business Administration or relevant experience. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and administrative processes. Excellent data entry, document preparation, and IT skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
