JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Maintenance Inventory SpecialistPosition Reports To: Project ManagerFLSA Status: Hourly $19.62-$23.39 This is a permanent, full-time position that is eligible for enrollment in company benefits after 60 days and 40 hours Vacation after 90 days. 6:45am-3:45pm Monday - Friday, Possible Saturdays January-April. 6:45 am -5:00 pm May- December 6 days a week. Position Purpose Summary: The Maintenance Support Specialist has the primary responsibility to establish and maintain a maintenance parts system, set up and manage storage location(s), track and control inventory levels. This role will provide general maintenance support through planning and scheduling, data entry and management within the FIIX system, and issuance of purchase orders for parts and services as needed by the maintenance team. Principal Job Responsibilities: Oversee Facility Maintenance inventory according to company guidelines to ensure parts and supplies are available when needed. Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory on FIIX associated with CMMS programs. Ensure the availability of asset and maintenance data to perform the work scheduled. Conduct Cycle counts. Coordinate with Maintenance and operations to ensure the availability of asset and maintenance data to perform the work scheduled. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of mechanical and industrial parts/products. FIXX Experience. Ability to manage time independently. Organized. Computer knowledge - Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook. Able to lift 50lbs. Excellent data entry skills. Communicate effectively. Education and Experience: High School diploma/Equivalent GED. 1+ year experience in inventory management/stockroom experience. 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment. Physical Demands of the Position: Ability to lift 50lbs. Stand, walk, bend for long periods of time. Climb stairs. Work Environment: While performing the duties of this position the employee must be able to work in multiple climates and work environments including, but not limited to: dirt, heat, freezer, smoke/steam, noise, vibration, grease/oil, fumes, dust/shavings, and wet environments; variable temperatures of both heat and cold. #J-18808-Ljbffr
