Our legacy, spanning over three decades, demonstrates why we are trusted, and our consultative approach and technical expertise mean we are not only meeting today’s challenges, but preparing our clients for the future.We have a permanent full-time opportunity within our national Managed Services team for an experienced Managed Service Desk Engineer based in our Mildura operations.Typical Days Look Like This Providing diagnostic troubleshooting and support for all supported end-user software and hardware issues. Responding to support tickets in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all issues are effectively resolved or escalated. Keeping clients informed about their system status and incident resolutions. Working closely with the monitoring team to ensure systems are continuously monitored. Proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact users. A Bit About You… You have a couple of years' experience working within an outsourced service delivery environment providing technical support. You love communicating and you are good at it, with a natural aptitude for dealing with people. Your technical skills range from diagnosing network, server and workstations, fault finding, remedying or escalating when required. Familiarity with IT service desk ticketing tools and working within structured service level agreements. Understanding, and worked with the following: Network monitoring concepts and management tools. Windows Server Administration (Active Directory, File Services, DNS and DHCP), Microsoft Exchange (On-premise or Office 365). Virtual environments (Hyper-V, VMWare, Hyper Converged Infrastructure). Multi-user systems (Remote Desktop Services, Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix Horizons). Cloud hosted systems (Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Google G Suite). Backup software (datto, Veeam).
