This role plays a pivotal role in supporting Westpac’s purpose of creating better futures for all our people, customers, communities and shareholders. As part of the Group Product Chapter Enablement Team, you’ll: Identify learning and development needs to plan, design, implement and evaluate digital and hybrid programs and career pathways – driven by research, data and evidence-based practices. Facilitate Chapter Member experiences including onboarding & reward and recognition. Collaborate with Chapters across the group to distil best practice and share knowledge. Key Accountabilities: Design & deliver strategic and engaging digital and hybrid capability initiatives that uplift product management capability and deliver measurable results. Seek innovative solutions while championing a growth mindset that inspires teams. Collaborate with key stakeholders and leaders at all levels to ensure we’re solving for the right problems. Provide direct support for the Chapter Operating Rhythm including managing the chapter membership file. Support the look and feel of key Chapter communications channels. Advocate and raise the profile of the product community through high quality events & increased sharing of insights, tools, and best practices across the Chapter. What do I need? The successful candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organisational Development or an equivalent qualification. Proven experience in strategic capability initiatives including hybrid & digital pathways and programs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative, forward-thinking approach. Excellent organisational and planning skills with a strong attention to detail; project management skills and ability to deliver on tight timeframes. Ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse groups.
