Anglicare is a sanctuary-certified organisation. We deliver the Permanency Support Program - Anglicare Foster & Kinship Care services across NSW's Southern and Western Region. About Role: Leads a team of professionals in delivering trauma-informed and therapeutic case management services. Oversees and manages the provision of permanency services to ensure the best outcomes for children, young people, and their families. Collaborates with stakeholders to develop and implement effective support plans tailored to individual needs. Provides guidance and support to staff members, ensuring a cohesive and nurturing work environment. Stays updated with industry developments and best practices, applying them to enhance the program's effectiveness. Provides outreach support. Strong knowledge of our long-term goals, values, activities, and work practices. Experienced manager with a solid understanding of the NSW Permanency Support Program, including emerging issues and developments. Innate leader who leads by example and can work autonomously when necessary. What will you need?
