About The Role We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager - HR Systems to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing support of our SAP SuccessFactors platform, playing a pivotal role in transforming and streamlining HR processes across the organisation. As the HR Systems Manager , specialising in SAP SuccessFactors Human Resources Information System (HRIS), you will be responsible for managing the overall administration and enhancement of our HR systems. You will work closely with HR and IT teams to drive process improvements, maintain the system’s integrity, and ensure seamless integration of HR technology solutions that support the company’s strategic objectives. This role ensures the HRIS meets organisational needs by managing system updates, supporting end-users, managing HR data, data integrity and driving continuous improvement. The role is also responsible for the quality of all HR reporting requirements for the organisation. What You’ll Do Oversee the day-to-day administration of the SAP SuccessFactors platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability. Manage system configurations, upgrades and enhancements in alignment with organisational needs. Develop and maintain data structures, workflows, and permissions to optimise system functionality. Lead or support HRIS-related projects, including implementations, module rollouts, and integrations with other business systems. Develop project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of system enhancements. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS end-users along with working alongside the Learning team to manage the delivery of training. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the HRIS. Manage the development and automated generation of tailored HR analytics, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making. Develop the technical roadmap for SuccessFactors, aligning with business goals and IT strategy. Work collaboratively with the SAP Manager, especially in areas with overlaps such as Identity Management, SAP EC Payroll, and UKG systems. What You’ll Bring Minimum of 5 years of experience managing HRIS platforms, with a strong emphasis on SAP SuccessFactors. Proven experience in system configuration, data management, and project implementation. Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruitment and Onboarding, Performance & Goals, LMS and Talent. Proficiency in HRIS integrations and data exchange protocols (e.g., APIs – Application Program Interface, SFTP – Secure File Transfer Protocol). Well established capability in project management.
