ABOUT THE ROLE As the Manager – Nursing & Clinical Health, your key responsibilities include: Operational and strategic leadership for Nursing & Clinical Health business area. Manage the ongoing operational and educational excellence of the business area. Identify and drive business growth opportunities. Ensure compliance with legislation, regulatory standards, government requirements and Chisholm policies and practices across the business area. Manage the collaboration with and development of key stakeholder partnerships. Prepare and submit accreditation applications to the Australian Nursing & Midwifery Accreditation Council (ANMAC) as required. Ensure operational activities are appropriately resourced, monitored and evaluated according to the overarching operations strategy. ABOUT YOU You are a highly motivated individual with proven experience in managing teams in a client focused industry. You are highly organised and motivated. You will have great interpersonal, communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders in a highly collegiate manner. Resilience and strategic thinking will favourably position you for success in this role. Qualifications required for the role: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent. Relevant post-graduate qualification in nursing or related area. Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – TAE 40122; or equivalent predecessor or successor qualifications.
