We are searching for an experienced and dedicated leader to join us in creating and maintaining a safe, accessible and inclusive working environment for everyone. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your safety and wellbeing expertise while also leading the management of our facilities portfolio. As GMHBA’s organisational safety and wellbeing expert, you will provide operational and strategic guidance to our teams, ensure compliance with all relevant safety legislation, and lead the delivery of safety initiatives for our people. Your key collaborators include our Mental Health Lead, Employee Experience team, and our business leaders across our Geelong office and other locations. About you Along with formal qualifications in workplace safety, you will bring extensive experience in a safety leadership role. Your expertise in developing, enhancing, and embedding sound safety practices will be essential, as will your previous experience in navigating the regulatory landscape that supports workplace safety. Your strength in influencing and advocating for a positive wellbeing culture will be key to your success in this role, as will your collaborative leadership style and passion for coaching and growth. The nature of this role requires a minimum presence of four office days in our Geelong head office and the preparedness to travel to our Geelong and Victorian regional locations to provide support as required.
