Who we’re looking for We’re growing! As a result, we’re looking for someone keen to capitalise on a unique opportunity to join our new Business Review and Audit team. This is a new role in a new team and we’re looking to do something different in our approach to audit and assurance at BMD. As an entrepreneurial organisation with an exciting future, the opportunities for this role are exciting. Reporting to the Group Manager of Audit and Compliance, as a natural relationship builder with excellent communication and technical skills you will help shape our future through: Steering the development of the business review and audit program across all BMD operations. Leading the business review and audit program working closely with our Cosource service providers. Working closely with all levels of the organisation to develop value adding outcomes from the review program. Contributing to the efficient and effective functioning of BMD operations locally and internationally. Providing insights and advice to business stakeholders on the management of risk. Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. The successful candidate will be an experienced self-starter with: A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, accounting, law, engineering or relevant discipline. A tech-savvy problem solver who likes to work with minimal supervision. Passionate about the delivery of outcomes that make a difference. Ability to travel as required. You may also have the following additional desirable skills: Prior experience in developing and implementing business review, continuous improvement or assurance programs.
