Manager Strategic Workforce & HR Systems The Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN) is committed to providing reliable and respectful health care. The Manager, Strategic Workforce and HR Systems will provide leadership and expert guidance to ensure the delivery of best practice Workforce Planning, Recruitment, and Systems Services across SALHN, while also overseeing Audit programs within Workforce Services. This role will focus on driving the development and implementation of Workforce Planning initiatives, alongside key strategies for recruitment, attraction, retention, and deployment to address critical skill shortages and strategic priorities within SALHN. Additionally, the manager will lead workforce reporting and analysis efforts, while driving continuous improvement projects informed by audit findings and outcomes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading HR teams across multiple functions, managing complex issues, and collaborating effectively with peers, staff, and stakeholders. They will be skilled in developing and implementing workforce planning policies, strategies, and tools, while driving innovative management approaches that align with corporate and government objectives. Additionally, they will possess strong knowledge of workforce planning theories, change management, and retention strategies, alongside expertise in relevant software applications and a deep understanding of legislative frameworks, safety standards, and quality care principles in healthcare.
