A leader in their field, this company is renowned for its strong retail presence, deep industry partnerships, and commitment to culture. About the Position In this key role, you will oversee wages and workforce management functions across their ANZ retail operations. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, analyse workforce trends, and support strategies that optimise labour costs while maintaining operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead the wages and workforce management function to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across all regions. Analyse workforce data to identify trends and opportunities for improved efficiency and cost management. Collaborate with HR, finance, and operations to develop and implement strategies for labour forecasting, rostering, and workforce planning. Ensure compliance with all relevant wage and employment laws across different regions, maintaining accurate audits and reporting. Drive process improvements and technology adoption to enhance wage and workforce management operations. Provide insightful reporting and analysis to senior leadership on labour costs, productivity, and workforce utilisation. About You 5+ years’ experience in wages, payroll, or workforce management, ideally within a large, fast-paced retail or corporate environment. Strong understanding of employment laws, remuneration compliance, and workforce optimisation techniques. Advanced proficiency in workforce management systems and payroll software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across multiple teams and stakeholders.
