The Manager, Data Analytics & Workforce Management (WFM) will play a critical role in driving data-informed decisions and enhancing overall business performance. This position will oversee the development, implementation and optimization of reporting systems that track and evaluate the effectiveness of various functions across the Group Disability segment. The role involves collaborating with internal partners within the Center of Excellence (COE) teams to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will excel in transforming complex data sets into strategic opportunities, ensuring data accuracy, and creating optimal processes for the analytics and WFM teams. Note: This is a Remote position open to candidates in any Canadian province. Position Responsibilities: Lead a team of Data Analysts, Reporting Specialists, and Workforce Management Analysts that transform data into insights. Direct the design, development, and maintenance of data models, reporting systems, and performance metrics that support key business decisions. Oversee the Disability Analytics HUB and the development and continuous improvement of dashboards, scorecards, and reports. Help to tell the Disability story using our data. Act as the subject matter expert on the Disability data strategy. Ensure data accuracy through robust processes and policies. Lead and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining, and visualization. Manage the data/report requests process, including tracking submissions and prioritization. Develop executive-level reports and presentations to communicate progress and challenges. Collaborate with COEs to support leadership decision-making and manage projects. Partner with internal teams to refine, improve, and deliver data strategy roadmaps. Identify areas for process and technology improvements in collaboration with business and technology partners. Advocate for continuous improvement and learning, fostering a culture of innovation and development. Promote a risk-aware culture with quality decision-making and ensure business activities align with risk appetite and limit. Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience as a leader. Previous experience in Group Disability. Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities. Creative thinker with a drive for continuous improvement and agile approaches. Customer-focused with a passion for listening and acting on customer needs. Team-oriented with a commitment to collaboration and integrity. Strong advocate for diversity and inclusion. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in computer science, statistics, or a related field.
