We are currently seeking an experienced Manager in our Data Analytics team with a passion for all things data to join our team in Melbourne. You will support client engagement teams and collaborate with a diverse range of clients. You will work on a diverse range of matters including workforce underpayment and payroll analytics, investigations (including complex fraud), disputes, and restructuring matters. Our data analytics team brings together multiple years of experience in diverse sectors focusing on delivering data-driven insights and analytics solutions to help clients optimise decision-making and drive business value. The team plays both a client-facing and an internal focused role, understanding business challenges and recommending tailored data solutions. Our DA team also advises on data strategy, governance, and AI readiness to support business transformation. Closing Date 14-March-2025 What you will do Analyse large datasets to extract trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making. Manage end-to-end analytics projects, from problem definition to delivering actionable solutions. Oversee data pipelines, ETL processes, and feature engineering to optimise data for modelling. Ensure quality assurance by reviewing models, algorithms, and analytics outputs for accuracy. Present findings through reports, dashboards, and presentations for clients and stakeholders. Advise on data strategy, governance, and AI readiness to support digital transformation. Lead, coach, and mentor junior team members while aligning analytics efforts with business goals. Who you are Strong problem-solver with a data-driven mindset, able to identify business opportunities and deliver measurable impact. Expertise in analytical tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) and data visualisation to communicate complex insights effectively. Knowledge of statistical methods, mathematical modelling, and emerging trends in AI and machine learning. Strong communication skills to present insights clearly to diverse stakeholders, including C-suite executives. Ability to collaborate across business units, guiding teams through data-driven decision-making and analytics adoption. Understanding of data security, governance, and compliance best practices. Experience with advanced analytics tools (Alteryx, R, Python, Fabric) and cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
