6 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Direct message the job poster from builure Marketing Cloud Developer (Mid-Level) – 8-Week Contract Location: Remote / Hybrid (as required) Duration: 8 weeks (with potential extension) Availability: Immediate About the Role We are seeking a mid-level Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer for an 8-week contract to support our marketing automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud tools, SQL, AMPscript, and REST/SOAP APIs , working closely with our marketing and development teams to implement campaigns, automate customer journeys, and enhance platform functionality. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance customer journeys in Journey Builder , optimising for engagement and conversion. Implement AMPscript and SSJS for dynamic and personalised email content. Build and manage Data Extensions and execute SQL queries in Automation Studio . Develop and troubleshoot API integrations (REST/SOAP) between Marketing Cloud and external systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to design, execute, and improve marketing campaigns. Perform Marketing Cloud configuration , including preference centres, triggered emails, and segmentation. Ensure compliance with email deliverability best practices and data privacy regulations. Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for marketing automation processes. Requirements 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer . Strong proficiency in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Content Builder . Solid knowledge of AMPscript, SSJS, SQL for personalisation and automation. Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP) . Ability to optimise campaign performance through data-driven insights. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice-to-Have 1 or more Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification . Knowledge of CDP (Customer Data Platform) and advanced segmentation . Background in marketing automation best practices and customer engagement strategies .
