About the Role: QTC is seeking a Marketing and Education Program Associate with a flair for education marketing. You will contribute to the growth and success of QTC’s Education Program. Help drive the program's expansion and deliver exceptional educational experiences for QTC clients. The QTC Education Program delivers custom training solutions for Queensland Government clients. We focus on financial management and risk management to drive the financial sustainability of the overall Queensland government sector. The program serves learners at multiple levels, including policy decision makers, budget holders, asset managers, and finance and procurement teams. Program Components include: Open Courses: Target individual clients. Custom Courses: Target unique clients or clusters of clients. Strategic Partnerships: Target large-scale clients (e.g., agencies). Masterclasses: Target industry events. Webinars: Target individuals. You will: Use strong sales and marketing skills to attract the right customers (learners and their organisations) to our program. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and education providers to develop or contribute to marketing plans for education and capability uplift services. Manage vendor-developed promotional material, ensuring consistency with QTC brand guidelines. Identify and manage external promotion opportunities, including social media advertising and relevant publications. Develop and maintain internal program collateral, including information on the QTC intranet, resources for staff, presentation templates, and proposal documents. Maintain key education program contact lists and manage QTC-led Education Program eDM sends. Manage Education Program networking events and conferences, including promotion, logistics, catering, speakers, and setup/teardown. Coordinate promotional activities, including conferences, public speaking opportunities, and events. Manage the education program schedule and calendar. Represent QTC at conference exhibitor booths and other relevant events. Manage participant data and reporting, including overseeing registrations and routine reporting. Coordinate finance administration, including invoice requests, receipting, and reviewing vendor invoices. Your ability to design and execute marketing strategies and campaigns will see you thrive, including skills in: Design Proficiency: Skilled in design tools such as Adobe, Canva, Illustrator, or similar software. Copywriting: Strong copywriting skills to create compelling content. Publishing Expertise: Experience with publishing platforms like WordPress and Campaign Monitor. Event Management: Proficient in managing events, including using event platforms such as EventsAir and Eventbrite. Relationship Building: Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors, and staff. Experience: Experience within an education setting (or similar) would be highly regarded.
