You bring you.The Opportunity Our Medical Law team acts for clients who have suffered catastrophic back injuries, cosmetic injuries, birth injuries, delayed diagnosis of illness and children with cerebral palsy.Due to growth within our team, we're seeking a Medical-Legal Consultant Team Leader on a full-time, permanent basis in our Brisbane CBD office.You’ll manage a team of medical-legal consultants who listen to our clients’ stories and build an understanding of their unique case to achieve the best possible outcome for them. As well as undertaking your own calls, you'll manage the team's roster and task allocation to achieve maximum client service excellence, using your initiative to troubleshoot issues arising.Want a job that provides real career progression to kick start or further advance your legal career? Working closely with our Medical Law team members to ensure we are delivering excellent client care. Completing one-to-one discussions and performance reviews, with support of our leadership team, driving a high-performing team. Managing the team's call roster and task allocation to achieve maximum client service excellence. Managing our client's overall experience, acting as the escalation point for our medical-legal consultant team. Partnering with our contact centre team to identify new opportunities and manage enquiries to resolution. Initiating and nurturing robust, quality relationships with clients and assisting them to gain access to local support. Proactively manage post-interview activities, such as drafting medical chronologies and supporting legal documentation. What you’ll bring To thrive in this role, you’ll have:Experience managing a small team of call centre-based professionals is essential. Demonstrated phone-based, customer service experience for clients who have experienced varying degrees of trauma. Desire to gain a working knowledge of medical terminology, medical guidelines, practices and protocols. Tenacity for complex problem-solving, and a natural curiosity to listen to clients to determine the right pathway to assistance. A commitment to truly connect with those around you and work together to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
