The Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mobile Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our Maddington Workshop. This is a key leadership role where you'll manage a team while also staying hands-on with the maintenance and repair of a variety of heavy-duty mobile equipment (Komatsu, CAT, Cummins Generators, Telehandlers, EWP) . You’ll be just as comfortable in the office, planning, as you are rolling up your sleeves and getting under the equipment as needed. With a strong sense of ownership, you’ll lend your expertise to drive success and deliver results. Your commitment to fostering a high-performance team culture will inspire those around you, ensuring that excellence and accountability are always at the forefront of everything you do. Your responsibilities will include: Lead by example: Supervise and support the maintenance team, including apprentices, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Hands-on maintenance: Perform and oversee preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs for a wide range of heavy-duty equipment. Site visits: Travel to project sites throughout WA, providing on-site support and maintenance as needed. Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage maintenance schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard. Stock & Equipment Management: Monitor and manage parts and stock levels to ensure smooth operations. Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Diagnose faults in engines, transmissions, and electrical systems, ensuring quick and effective resolutions. What We’re Looking For: To thrive in this role, you’ll need to have: A current and valid driver’s license At least two years of management experience in a similar role Strong knowledge and experience in mobile plant and heavy-duty equipment maintenance Mobile Plant and High-Risk Work Licences (desirable) Why Join Us?
