We work with major clients in the Resources, Civil, and Government sectors, making a real difference in the industry and communities we serve.Your New Opportunity: Carey Mining is now seeking a Supervisor to join our team and play a vital role in our FMG exploration projects.About the Role: Roster: 2/1, day shift only Accommodation: Stay in a brand-new camp featuring a state-of-the-art gym, swimming pool, and basketball courts Convenience: Pre-start at camp—no unpaid travel time Work Hours: 12-hour paid shifts Wellness Perks: Select camps offer hairdressers, massages, and more What You Bring to the Table: Experience: Minimum 3 years on an Exploration Site Leadership: At least 2 years in a supervisory role Equipment: Hands-on experience with Mobile Plant Machinery Certifications: Hold or be working towards Section 44 & Statutory – Schedule 26 Innovation: Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives Safety First: Commitment to a zero-harm workplace culture Clearance: Valid National Police Clearance (within 6 months) Medical: Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical, including Drug & Alcohol Screen Why Choose Carey Mining?
