The Role As we continue to drive forward with our vision and mission, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Finance Manager to join our team. The National Finance Manager will play a pivotal role and will be entrusted with overseeing the financial health, strategy, and operations of ACHL across Australia. This senior leadership position requires a profound understanding of financial principles, superior analytical capabilities, and the acumen to make judicious financial decisions. Your leadership will not only shape our financial health but also create a work culture that is as compassionate as it is accountable. As this is a national role, you can be located within any of our ACHL offices, which can be discussed further at the interview. About You To be successful in this role, you will be a community-focused professional with a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable people in our community. Essential Criteria: Chartered Accountant or Certified Practicing Accountant. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Office skills. High level of attention to detail. Satisfactory Police Check. A satisfactory police check is required for all staff, and those with customer-related responsibilities are required to provide a WWC Check.
