Job Description

National Partnerships Lead is responsible for identifying, acquiring, developing and retaining relationships with a range of strategic partners to deliver on the goals and objectives of The Resilience Canopy. In this role, you will work closely with the Managing Director, General Managers, and other key members of the leadership team, as well as operate cross-organisationally, to deliver high-quality, mutually beneficial and impactful partnerships unlocking and fulfilling opportunities to support our mission. Key Responsibilities: Support the implementation of The Resilience Canopy Partnership Framework. Identify partnerships with a purpose to help deliver the mission of The Resilience Canopy and support resilience building in communities across Australia. Develop, coordinate, and deliver an ongoing program of partnership engagement to actively attract potential partners across government, business, and philanthropies to support and promote the work of The Resilience Canopy. Manage the development and implementation of all relevant partnership agreements and documentation to support the development of enduring and mutually beneficial partnerships. Monitor, review, and evaluate the progress of all Resilience Canopy-related partnership strategies, agreements, and initiatives to build and enhance performance and deliver improved stakeholder outcomes. Prepare high-quality submissions, reports, and correspondence to ensure the provision of timely, professional communications and to support informed decision-making, analysis, and reporting to Partners. Qualifications: Tertiary qualification or extensive experience in managing fundraising and partner programs. Sound capabilities in the development and implementation of processes and systems that support and underpin a best-practice approach to partnership lifecycle management. Skills: Building and sustaining collaborative partnerships, negotiating and resolving contentious issues and conflicts of interest, while managing and balancing varied, diverse stakeholder priorities across a geographically dispersed region. Managing contractual and partnership agreements that deliver mutually beneficial, community-focused partnership outcomes. Implementing long-term and project-based sponsorship and development strategies to meet The Resilience Canopy’s goals for funding and in-kind sponsorship for communities, and to attract and retain partners. #J-18808-Ljbffr
