Job Description About Role: The National Placement Coordinator at the Institute of Health & Management Pty Ltd oversees student clinical placements across campuses, ensuring compliance with TEQSA standards. Responsibilities include liaising with healthcare partners, managing placement logistics, and ensuring alignment with accreditation requirements to enhance student learning experiences and meet regulatory expectations. Main duties and responsibilities include (not limited to): Establish industry partnerships and submit quarterly progress reports. Coordinate with Course Coordinators to manage placement timetables and improve student placement completion rates across campuses. Ensure compliance with industrial practices and regulatory requirements in all activities and documentation. Submit monthly placement reports to the Academic Director, detailing placement completion and staffing needs. Maintain a sufficient team for clinical placements, conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and mentor staff to build team capability. Desired Skills and Experience Qualifications Registered Nurse with current unrestricted registration with AHPRA. Tertiary education in Nursing. Minimum three (3) years of current professional work experience and coordination skills. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher qualification (highly desirable). Implement IHM’s student retention strategy to enhance the student experience. Complete training and professional development within the training plan timeline and submit records to HR. Maintain professional boundaries with students, staff, and stakeholders. Submit monthly performance reports, attend performance meetings, and accept revised role descriptions as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
