Creating and managing all client rosters of support. Frequent communication with clients to obtain feedback on roster and Support Workers. Managing & accurately rostering staff and Support Workers. Addressing any challenges and escalating these when required. Regularly reporting client and staff progress, performance, and any concerns. Ensuring all client concerns or questions are addressed in a timely manner. Ensuring only workers with appropriate experience and training are assigned to relevant clients. About You Minimum 1 year experience in Rostering in NDIS services Exceptional attention to detail Knowledge and understanding of the SCHADS award Person-centred focus in all communications and duties Self-starter who enjoys leaving things better than the way you found them NDIS Worker Screening Check Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
