This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in creating and designing efficient rosters. In this dynamic, high-volume role, you'll be responsible for building and managing the schedules of a large workforce, ensuring optimal service delivery across community services. Job Description Roster Design & Build: Lead the design, build, and optimization of staff rosters, ensuring that the right people are in the right place at the right time.Dynamic Scheduling: Adapt quickly to changes, balancing shifting staffing needs and making adjustments to maintain service quality.Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with managers and staff to ensure effective staffing and clear communication regarding schedule changes.Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure rosters comply with workplace regulations, award guidelines, and organizational standards.Continuous Improvement: Use data and insights to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and service delivery. The Successful Applicant Must-Have: Proven experience in designing and building rosters, preferably in a high-volume or community service setting. Proficiency in workforce management systems such as UKG (Proworkforce) or similar scheduling software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Ability to make quick decisions and adapt to changes under pressure. A caring, empathetic approach with excellent interpersonal skills. Desirable:Experience with workforce planning or scheduling for large teams. Blue and Yellow Cards or willingness to obtain.
