Nova Dental Implant Centre is expanding nationally, and we are seeking a National Practice Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of multiple practices across Australia. This is a senior leadership role that requires strategic vision, operational expertise, and a strong ability to manage teams, financial performance, and practice expansion. Primary Responsibilities 1. Multi-Site Operations & Business Growth Oversee and optimize the operations of all Nova Dental Implant Centre locations across Australia. Develop and implement standardized workflows, policies, and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance across all clinics. Identify and execute growth opportunities, including new clinic openings, partnerships, and market expansion strategies. Drive initiatives for improving patient experience, treatment conversion rates, and operational excellence. 2. Financial Leadership & Performance Management Develop and manage financial budgets, revenue targets, and cost control strategies for each clinic. Monitor key financial metrics, including profitability, cash flow, and revenue per treatment. Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting in collaboration with finance teams. Implement and optimize patient financing solutions, including Humm BNPL, Superannuation releases (Access My Super), and other funding options. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Practice Manager team across all Nova locations. Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of staff, including clinical and administrative teams. Establish clear KPIs for Practice Managers and ensure alignment with national business objectives. Drive a positive, patient-centric, and high-performance culture across all clinics. 3. Compliance, Risk Management & Quality Assurance Ensure all Nova Dental Implant Centre locations meet industry regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements. Lead risk management, quality control, and infection prevention measures. Oversee the implementation of safety protocols, clinical governance, and operational SOPs. 4. Sales, Marketing & Patient Experience Optimization Implement strategies to increase patient leads, consultation bookings, and treatment acceptance rates. Work closely with marketing teams to execute local and national campaigns, including Google, Meta, and referral-based growth initiatives. Ensure a seamless patient experience journey, from initial inquiry to treatment completion and aftercare. Develop and optimize front, mid, and back-end sales processes to maximize patient conversion and retention . Performance Metrics Success in this role will be measured by: Revenue & Profitability Growth – Meeting or exceeding financial targets across all Nova locations. Operational Efficiency – Successful implementation of SOPs, process optimizations, and cost control measures. Staff Performance & Retention – High levels of engagement, training completion, and team performance. Patient Experience & Satisfaction – Positive patient feedback, high treatment conversion rates, and retention levels. Compliance & Accreditation – Full regulatory compliance and risk management adherence. Key Skills Required Dental Practice Leadership: Proven experience in a multi-site, national, or large-scale dental management role. Financial & Business Acumen: Strong understanding of budgets, P&L management, patient financing, and revenue growth strategies. People & Performance Management: Ability to lead, train, and develop a high-performing team of Practice Managers and staff. Process Improvement & Efficiency: Experience in implementing SOPs, workflow optimization, and technology integration. Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with AHPRA, ADA, and health regulations for dental practices. Patient-Centric Sales & Marketing Strategies: Strong ability to enhance patient experience, increase treatment conversion rates, and drive business growth. Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven: Proficiency in dental software (D4W, Exact, or similar), CRM systems, and reporting tools. Adaptability & Strategic Thinking: Ability to navigate changing market trends, business expansion, and innovation in patient care.
