We have big plans at Perri Cutten and we’re on the hunt for an experienced, driven and passionate National Retail Manager to join our team! Based in Melbourne, and reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a team of our 20 Store Managers and be responsible for the results and profitability of your area of stores. This is a true leadership role for a dynamic, hands-on retailer with strong fashion experience. You will focus on customer service and open communication with your team to ensure they understand company direction and initiatives and are focused on KPI'S and results. Other responsibilities will include but not limited to: Overseeing all day-to-day operational responsibilities across all of our stores nationally Provide continuous coaching, leadership, guidance and development of your Managers Drive a proactive approach to maximising sales and managing wage and stock loss Drive all operational standards, including inventory management, visual merchandising, loss prevention and OH&S Recruit high-calibre team members and provide them with an exceptional induction to the business Communicating and influencing key stakeholders across the business What are we looking for? 5+ years multi-site management experience of 10+ stores Department store and boutique experience would be highly desirable An experienced ‘hands on’ leader with great mentoring and coaching skills with the ability to inspire your team A caring and nurturing leadership style Strong commercial and retail acumen A genuine love and understanding of our brand Exceptional customer service focus You cultivate a team environment of trust, motivation and accountability, to maximise performance.
