Non Bank Financial Institute Business Development Manager Business Development Manager (BDM) – Non-Bank Lending Are you a driven and results-focused BDM with a passion for building broker relationships and driving business growth? With a strong national presence, we work closely with brokers to provide funding certainty, competitive solutions, and a seamless experience for their clients. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a motivated and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to grow our broker network, drive loan volumes, and educate brokers on our unique lending products. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers . Identify and convert new lending opportunities to expand market share. Educate brokers on our full suite of lending products and how they can benefit their clients . Manage the loan pipeline from enquiry to settlement , ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Act as a trusted advisor to brokers , helping them grow their business and navigate lending opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, training sessions, and networking opportunities . What You Bring 2+ years of experience in business development, mortgage lending, or broker relationship management. A strong network within the broker market and a track record of growing broker panels . Experience in the banking, non-bank, or finance industry , particularly in the third-party lending space . Cert IV in Mortgage Broking (preferred). A self-motivated "hunter" mentality with the ability to drive new business and meet/exceed targets .
