What you'll be doing We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Nurse Unit Manager to join our Medical Ward team at the Bellingen River District Hospital where you will work within a collaborative and caring team. You will need to provide exceptional management and clinical leadership to the team. About You Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Clinical problem solving skills to maximise patient care Ability to plan and coordinate patient care in a multidisciplinary team environment The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate high-level communication skills, coupled with drive, enthusiasm and strong organisation skills The candidate will be high-functioning, flexible and adaptable. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and navigate change effectively.
