As a Senior Principal at Infosys Consulting Talent & Organization (T&O) Practice, you will have a direct and positive impact on the projects you work on. As a Senior Principal, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of complex change programs and leading a team of management consultants. You will work independently to develop and execute change management strategies, optimize talent, and conduct HR transformations that enable our clients to achieve their business goals. We care about the development and well-being of our team. We care about you! About You: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Principal to join our team. We appreciate and welcome people from all walks of life. You will: Have a minimum of 15-20 years of experience in Organisational Change Management or People/HR transformation. Desire to be responsible for driving organizational change and transformation for our clients. Work closely with our clients to understand their business needs, identify areas for improvement, and design and implement effective change management strategies. Possess excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Have a strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, and experience implementing them. Possess a background in different industries including Consulting Tech, Mining, or Government. Have experience leading change management activities for large-scale transformation programs. Exhibit strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Have delivered projects in HR transformation & employee experience, future workforce planning, organisational change, rewards and organisational design, and organisation restructuring. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of change management and Human capital strategies and plans. Work independently, managing a program of work end to end. Manage a team of change management consultants to deliver successful outcomes. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. Identify and manage anticipated resistance. Identify, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics. Define and measure change success measures and monitor change progress. Lead the design, development, delivery, and management of communications. Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs. Communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Support the development of proposals and thought leadership initiatives. Work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders. Build and support your team members.
