About The Roles There are 3 Assistant Program Manager roles available: Prep- Year 2 2IC *this role will involve working with children with special needs* Year 3-4 2IC Year 5-6 2IC Be a part of the leadership team within the service. As an Assistant Program Manager, part of your role will be to step up into the Program Manager role and lead the OSHC Service as required. Assist in creating engaging programs with industry-leading programming tools! Be the face of TheirCare and create positive relationships within the school community. Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks. Monday to Friday - no weekend work! About You You are an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives. Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships. Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential. Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification, including but not limited to, studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services.
