Job Description This is a flexible role available as a casual or part-time with the opportunity for a full-time role. Provide Occupational therapy services through NDIS and Aged Care, in clinic, off site or in the clients' homes. Key Responsibilities: As an Occupational Therapist, you will: Provide high-quality assessments and treatment, improving patient outcomes by implementing the best evidence-based practice. Assess mobility and function and prescribe appropriate mobility and functional equipment. Educate patients on Manual Handling as well as educate residents. Develop individual, evidence-based treatment plans and goals to address any deficits identified, ensuring best practice and person-centred care planning for clients and participants. Be responsible for liaising with residents, families, doctors, and other allied health professionals. Key Requirements: To be successful in the role, you will need: Full AHPRA registration and professional liability/public indemnity insurance. National Police Check (or willingness to obtain). Ability to understand new systems and processes efficiently. Demonstrate a passion for continuing to learn and grow in both clinical and non-clinical perspectives. A commitment to a high level of customer service to clients and customers. Ability to provide clinical supervision to other staff if required and based on experience level. Experience working with elderly or aged care residents (preferable but not essential). What to expect from us?
