Job Summary The Office Manager assumes accountability for leading, directing, supporting, and developing their work team in all office tasks and responsibilities. CIG operates 11 radiology sites throughout the Australian Capital Territory and Southern New South Wales. CIG provides a wide range of diagnostic imaging services including: Digital X-ray CT CBCT MRI PET 3D Mammography Interventional Radiology in a dedicated day hospital About the Role We are looking for an administrative professional with a genuine interest and passion for leading and supporting others within a health care environment. Your daily activities will be centred around providing high-quality customer service and guiding other members of the team on how to achieve this. You will be open and approachable and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment. You will be willing to roll up your sleeves and assist the team across the hours of site operation. The role will see you working daily to support the Site Manager, Clinicians and Senior Management. You will contribute to the broader organisation through attendance at site meetings, ad hoc project meetings, and Office Manager meetings. Canberra Imaging Group strives to deliver the Canberra and surrounding community with a timely and high-quality standard of medical imaging services. This role contributes to this by supporting the leadership team to achieve the organisation's goals for high-quality customer service, quality improvement and business growth. The role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to: Management of daily office workflow Management, support and supervision of administrative staff Patient administration and customer service Training of administrative staff Implementation of organisation policies and procedures at the front line Contributing to organisational decision making through meetings and various forums Selection Criteria / Job Requirements Demonstrated ability to manage and be responsible for organising all tasks involved in the day-to-day function of an office. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills. Strong management and leadership skills. Demonstrated commitment to best practice principles and established policies. Ability to work transparently as part of a team and to work to support the goals of senior management. A strong record of valuing, motivating and developing employees through effective leadership, communication, consultation and development. Proven ability providing consistent, high-quality customer service. Applicants must have full work rights in Australia with no restrictions. Formal qualifications at an Advanced Certificate or Associate Diploma level and/or relevant experience would be highly regarded.
