Office / Facilities Manager Location: Central Coast Rate: $60,000 to 70,000 plus super pending experience Contract: Permanent Hours: Between 7am – 6pm (Fulltime 40 hours a week) Your new company Hays has partnered with a trusted company of pet care professionals. This company sets out to provide pets with a safe, supported, and relaxed environment, and they are seeking a passionate and ambitious individual to join their office team to manage day-to-day tasks. Your new role Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Perform and supervise duties in technical animal care and office routines. Manage customer relations. Maintain efficiency in staffing and rostering. Reaching and exceeding monthly budgets. Maintain the boarding facilities' appearance through general housekeeping. Comply with Health and Safety requirements. What you’ll need to succeed Previous experience in management roles. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with your team. Experience in the cleaning and facilities management industry. Animal experience is highly desirable. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
