We’re looking for a highly skilled Office Manager & Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer – Australia and the wider leadership team. About the role As the Office Manager & EA , you will play a key role managing the Melbourne Head Office operations, ensuring administrative support and office coordination. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting executive functions, organising events, managing travel arrangements, and overseeing office administration. Key responsibilities Executive Support – Manage the COO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and assist with strategic planning. Office Administration – Maintain smooth office operations, manage suppliers, and coordinate team events. Travel Management – Book travel and accommodation for the Australia team, ensuring seamless business trips. Finance & Compliance – Handle credit card reconciliations, purchase orders, and budget coordination. Health & Safety – Contribute to a safe and welcoming office environment for employees and visitors. What we’re looking for Proven experience as an Office Manager, EA, or Team Administrator. Strong tech skills – Medium to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Highly organised with excellenttime management and attention to detail. Excellent communication &interpersonal skills -ability to liaise across teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. What's in it for you?
