Fujitsu Adelaide, South Australia, Australia We are seeking an Onsite Technician to provide Level 1 and Level 2 end-user support. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, as well as deploying and maintaining IT equipment. You will work closely with customers, IT teams, and vendors to ensure seamless operations and continual service improvement. Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Provide onsite support for PCs, laptops, peripherals, and smart devices . Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and SCCM issues. Assist with hardware/software installations, upgrades, and maintenance . Respond to and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs. Manage asset deployment, relocation, and decommissioning . Maintain IT documentation and contribute to service improvement initiatives. Train new users on IT tools and best practices. Ensure adherence to WHS and company policies. Experience: 7+ months of IT support experience (onsite or remote). Knowledge of Windows OS (7-10), Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM . Basic understanding of networking, VPN, RSA, Citrix, and virtualization . Experience with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills . IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, MCP, Cert IV in IT) are desirable. Why Fujitsu?
