We're looking for someone who can transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that enhance our members' experience in the superannuation industry. This role goes beyond standard reporting. You'll connect the dots between data and real-world solutions, helping us optimize our member services through informed decision-making. What we're looking for: Advanced Power BI dashboard development skills Ability to translate complex data into clear insights Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business teams Deep understanding of financial services data analysis You bring solid experience in financial services (superannuation experience preferred), with a proven track record in handling operational data, incidents, and complaint management. Your key responsibilities: Analyse data to identify service improvement opportunities Design and maintain intuitive, effective dashboards Drive data-informed decision making across the organization Ensure data integrity and system performance Train team members in self-service reporting If you're passionate about using data to improve member outcomes and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.
