About the role An exciting opportunity has come up to join the Supply Chain team of QuiteLike, Australia’s fastest growing meal kit company. Reporting into the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for the meal kit production site in Dandenong South VIC, overseeing the picking and packing of fresh ingredients that are delivered directly to our customers. The role will drive safety, efficiency, quality, and team performance, ensuring that every meal kit meets our high standards and reaches customers on time. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage site operations, ensuring seamless and efficient fulfillment of customer orders. Drive site management team performance, training, and engagement, fostering the right culture for growth. Develop, maintain, and deliver site scaling plan to accommodate growth and site capacity. Establish the right site metrics for performance, monitoring and driving progress. Maintain strict food safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance with HACCP and industry regulations. Ensure that the customer experience is at the forefront of what we do, maintaining high quality and pick accuracy standards. Optimise costs and efficiencies, to support growth. Oversee and drive a culture for workplace health & safety, ensuring a safe environment for all staff. Identify continuous improvement opportunities, leveraging data and best practices to enhance operations. About you and your skills Proven leadership experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or logistics. Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Experience with food safety regulations and HACCP compliance. A problem-solving mindset with a balanced focus on customer experience, efficiency and cost control. Great work ethic - ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong communication skills and experience maintaining vendor relationships. What’s in it for you?
