Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Land Lease Operations Manager is responsible for assisting in the management of operations within the Land Lease Communities (LLC) Department.As the Land Lease Operations Manager, this role includes overseeing the operations, including budgets, policies, compliance, and community management.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Contract management and risk management Resident conflict resolution Exploring commercial opportunities Providing efficient operations and compliance Involvement in enhancing the overall experience while collaborating with leadership and other departments Dealing with the labourers Putting together reports Liaising with residents and employees Addressing any policy issues and making adjustments wherever necessary Ongoing registration maintenance Reviewing and monitoring all aspects of re-sales and dealing with real estate agents Overseeing general enhancements with the view of providing happiness In return, you will have the opportunity to work for a great company, be rewarded with a good salary and company bonuses, and enjoy a change of scenery when visiting this lovely regional location north of Sydney.If you have been in a similar role and have proven outcomes, please apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
