With over 112 locations and 90,000 Self Storage spaces across Australia & New Zealand we’re looking for an exceptional and highly motivated Operations Manager to join our team based in New South Wales. We are looking for a motivated person who is prepared to travel and take responsibility and care for a portfolio of centres in NSW. The portfolio of locations covers our centres in the areas from Liverpool, Campbelltown, Wollongong, Nowra, Mittagong, Moss Vale, Goulburn and through to Canberra. Your role will be to: Maximise the performance of our storage centres while supporting and coaching the teams running them. Maintain and enhance the quality of our centre operations and presentation. Cultivate a flexible, innovative and constructive working environment. Oversee a portfolio of centres across your portfolio. Work with a team of constructive and motivated Operations Managers. Be responsible for assembling the right teams as we continue to grow as a business on our journey to be the favourite name in space. You will be working side by side with your NSW counterpart and the guidance from the Head of Operations and play a key role in developing the strategic plan and direction for the company. Previous experience in multi-site business management is preferred. Retail and marketing experience will also be an advantage.
