PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANT - Residential Aged Care : Mornington PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANT - Residential Aged Care Casual Position Mornington Location Not-for-Profit Salary Packaging Options - increase your take home pay! As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide excellent care to our residents at mecwacare Park Hill, a 69-bed facility. Your compassionate personality and positive attitude will assist you in providing an optimal level of dignity, comfort, and quality of life for our care recipients. Joining the team at Park Hill, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated and supportive team. What you bring: Certificate III in Aged Care or Certificate III in Individual Support. At least 1 year of experience in a Personal Care Assistant Role. Availability to work AM and PM shifts on weekdays and weekends. Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to older people and their families. Ability to understand and implement resident care plans. Ability to identify problems and a clear understanding of when to alert immediate supervisors. Demonstrated time management and multi-tasking skills. Pro-active and dedicated approach to deliver best practice care. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters. Able to demonstrate flexibility to workplace demands and a teamwork attitude.
