Part Time Administration Assistant, Clerk Grade 1/2, Coonamble Community Corrections Division: Corrective Services NSW Location: Coonamble, NSW, AU, 2829 Coonamble Community Corrections, Western District, Community Corrections, Corrective Services NSW Location: Coonamble Community Corrections Position Type: Ongoing Part-Time role – 17.5 hours per week Salary: Clerk Grade 1/2, $73,522 pa (pro rata) - $79,930 pa (pro rata) plus employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading Your role The role performs administrative and reception services to internal and external clients to support the delivery of quality services for the organisation. It also undertakes a range of administrative support services relating to the business, including non-complex client matters, word processing, data entry, preparing correspondence, taking minutes, maintaining electronic and file records and support with meetings and events. We house remand and sentenced inmates in correctional centres and supervise offenders serving orders in the community. CSNSW provides reports and advice to courts and releasing/parole authorities and assesses offenders in the community and in custody for relevant interventions to reduce their risks of reoffending. CSNSW works in partnership with other government and non-government justice and human services agencies to support victims, facilitate restorative justice and promote reintegration.
