Your Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Support Officer to join our Corporate Services team on a part-time basis. This temporary position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to contribute to key projects while enjoying a flexible work arrangement. Role Details: Tenure: Temporary, up to 30 June 2025 Schedule: 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) 8:30 am - 5 pm Key Responsibilities: Coordinate travel logistics using Corporate Travel software Manage and process purchase orders efficiently Provide administrative support across various corporate functions (Desirable) Assist with fleet management duties About You To excel in this role, you will bring: A strong administration background with proven experience in travel logistics and purchase order processing Proficiency in financial software systems, with intermediate to advanced MYOB skills (XERO experience also considered) A keen eye for detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Desirable) Knowledge or experience in fleet management This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment while showcasing your expertise in corporate services.
