We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Part-Time Restaurant Reservation Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Job Description: As a Reservation Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for guests looking to make reservations at our restaurant. You will ensure smooth operations of the reservation system, handle guest inquiries, and provide an outstanding level of customer service. Your ability to manage high call volumes, multitask efficiently, and maintain a calm demeanor during busy times will be essential. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the reservation system (phone, email, and online platforms). Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless dining experience. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy. Coordinate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure timely seating and guest satisfaction. Update and maintain reservation logs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Assist with optimising table assignments and managing guest flow during peak times. Ensure compliance with company policies, including seating arrangements, waitlist management, and reservation guidelines. Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant management role, preferably in reservations or front-of-house. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and handle high volumes of phone calls and guest requests. Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Familiarity with reservation software (SEVENROOMS) is a plus. A positive, friendly attitude with a passion for providing excellent service.
