About the role Reporting to the National Head - Property within Commonwealth Private, the Partnership Manager will focus on Business Development, particularly in consumer lending and commercial products of the CBA Group, delivering value propositions and holistic partnership solutions to external and internal relationships. You will drive the successful delivery of partnerships for a seamless banking offering, enhancing customer satisfaction through relationship deepening and solution development. Collaborating with industry leads and Private Banking teams, you'll identify best-in-class partnerships and opportunities while applying good governance to these relationships. Additionally, you will: Onboard and manage external and internal referral partnerships Maintain ongoing relationships and portfolios of referral partners Coordinate a structured approach to reporting weekly outcomes Scorecard KPIs aligned to business outcomes and growth objectives Coordinate events and manage thought leadership initiatives for referral partners Engage existing partners and manage offboarding Utilize risk management skills Apply knowledge of credit risk and Private Bank policy Facilitate introductions from CP front line teams Demonstrate strong stakeholder management Manage opportunity and referral partner processes from acquisition to conversion Maintain awareness of external market trends Arrange networking opportunities for banker cohorts and referral partners About you To be successful in this role, we're looking for talent who have: 1-5 years of experience in Business Development or Strategic Relationship roles Strong communication and presentation skills for driving partnerships Technical evaluation skills in asset allocation, portfolio construction, equities, fixed income, alternatives, and real assets Experience in wealth management and financial markets, preferably in the HNW segment Commitment to compliance and risk management Experience in Banking or Real Estate preferred Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Proven ability to drive new business and partnership activity A high level of emotional intelligence and collaboration skills Some understanding of consumer and commercial lending and investments preferred If you're already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), please apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application.
