The opportunity As Partnerships Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new Merchant partnerships across New South Wales, with a goal of presenting and selling in new and other existing products appropriate to their business. Some of the things you will be involved in: Working with the Head of Partnerships to develop and implement a merchant acquisition strategic plan Building a pipeline of ‘target merchants’ aligned to the goals of the business Prospecting, acquiring and contracting new merchant partnerships to the Entertainment Membership Upsell the Frequent Values partnerships to existing Merchants, as well as new prospects Renegotiating and recommitting existing partnerships within your assigned portfolio Negotiating exclusive bespoke marketing opportunities that deliver value to the Merchant and the Entertainment Members Working closely with the Marketing Team to deliver on bespoke marketing campaigns Visit key Merchants regularly Occasionally handle (in person) a Member complaint about a Merchant (non-honoring of offer etc.) if there is no Account Manager on the ground in your territory We are looking for you to demonstrate: Essential Skills and Experience Enthusiastic and sales driven Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Effective negotiation and decision-making abilities Goal driven with strong (and proven) sales ability Strong commercial acumen and ability to demonstrate this Strong relationship builder Quickly identify opportunities for Sales growth and assist in executing strategies Be able to quickly understand a customer’s requirements Ability to be mobile, agile, receptive, and welcoming to change Capacity to arrange the workload to meet conflicting priorities and deadlines Desirable Skills and Experience Experience in a similar professional services role Sales experience within the hospitality sector The ways we support and reward You’ll be joining a talented and energetic group of people who are passionate about our product.
