But at the heart of our business is our people. Role Purpose To provide administrative support to the Sydney Passenger Services Department. What you will be doing Accurately input and manage workforce data in Kronos. Handle staff inquiries, including pay-related queries. Process shift swap and giveaway requests in line with department policies. Adjust rosters to cover absenteeism and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Communicate required roster changes to staff. Manage leave requests in accordance with the Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA), rostering guidelines, and company policies. Maintain and update employee records, including absenteeism tracking. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and EBA requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Passenger Services Manager or Operations Manager. What we are looking for Intermediate to advanced proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Previous experience in Workers' Compensation administration is preferred. A proactive, positive, and solutions-oriented approach to work. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in aviation or a similar operational environment is advantageous but not essential.
